TURNAROUND AND SHIPPING TIME:
Allow up to 10 business days for orders to be shipped. This does not include the day you ordered, weekends, holidays or actual transit time. BE SURE YOUR CUSTOMER INFORMATION (email and phone number) and SHIPPING INFO IS CORRECT. Any shipping issues or return-to-sender packages based on customer shipping input errors will be reshipped at the customer's expense. Check your tracking number in your email confirmation for shipping updates.
Changes to your order CANNOT be made once the order is placed and multiple orders CANNOT be combined.
Custom Coasters
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, so please ensure you choose the correct size and color. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please send a message via email to kbrooks@manifestedvisionnlr.com and you will receive a response within 24/48 hours to rectify the issue.
Please allow 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, to process your order. In cases of high-volume order seasons, processing may take longer. Processing time does not include shipping time. Shipping is an additional 3-5 business days once your order is processed.
If your order is "returned to sender" due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you will be charged an additional shipping fee to have it resent to you. Please double-check that your address is correct when placing your order. You may send a message via email to kbrooks@manifestedvisionsnlr.com to have it corrected and if your order has not yet been processed, it will be sent with no additional charge.
If your order is not received within 10-14 business days, please check the tracking number first and then with your local USPS if you have a tracking number. Otherwise, please send a message via email to kbrooks@manifestedvisionnlr.com for an update on your order. You will receive a reply within 24-48 business hours.
