Terms and Conditions
Please allow 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, to process your order. In cases of high-volume order seasons, processing may take longer. Processing time does not include shipping time. Shipping is an additional 3-5 business days once your order is processed.
If your order is "returned to sender" due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you will be charged an additional shipping fee to have it resent to you. Please double-check that your address is correct when placing your order. You may send a message via email to email@example.com to have it corrected and if your order has not yet been processed, it will be sent with no additional charge.
If your order is not received within 10-14 business days, please check the tracking number first and then with your local USPS if you have a tracking number. Otherwise, please send a message via email to firstname.lastname@example.org for an update on your order. You will receive a reply within 24-48 business hours.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, so please ensure you choose the correct size and color. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please send a message via email to email@example.com and you will receive a response within 24/48 hours to rectify the issue.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shipped and updated with a tracking number. Please check with USPS, especially if your package was over $100 as your package included Priority Mail insurance.
